When life feels chaotic and you're seeking quiet in the storm, learn how to process feelings and thoughts in a spiritual journal using a creative collage technique. A journal can also be a path to nurture faith through interactive prayer. Explore how to use journaling to go beyond written words by using images, color and other collage techniques. This class will inspire learners through guided prompts and images to start their own spiritual journal or renew their own writing practice.
